Has anyone seen customized workouts for prengant gals on Skimble?
Remember yoga is also great for pregnant women. You may have to modify or substitute some poses but don't give up.
Congrats on the pregnancy I would stick with light exercise. Yoga, walking, etc. If you have an chance of swimming or working out in a pool it would be awesome. I believe it's safe for pregnant women and light on the body.
