Wanted to post a forum where we can go to post what we have done in the day, or things we are proud of :)
Today i walked/jogged 6 miles with my 2 kiddos in the double stroller
Started doing a couch to 5k program today and was thrilled to be able to do jog for 60s and walk for 90s intervals for 30 minutes without feeling winded :)
What have you all done today? Any milestones or proud moments?
Today I rested..ate a burger for adternoon meal and blt and cake at evening meal was lovely...
Tomorrow on the other hand I have 15mile bike ride early morning and around 10 mile walk later in the day..
Then an hour or so practice on heavy bag for a fight (kickboxing) on Wednesday.
Finished day 2 of couch to 5k workouts, feela great to not feel like death after jogging a little. How are you guys doing?
Week 1 of couch 2 5k done, i was feeling it today, 3 days in a row probably isnt the best, maybe ill spread next week out a bit :)
