Are there any mom's wanting to shed their remaining baby weight who would like to help me create a weekly routine? I'm wanting to work out 5 days a week, mid day. Particularly Mon-Fri.
Would you also be interested in starting a motivational thread for any mom's who join us? I know we could all use the support of a community.
