I just had my 3rd child 4 weeks ago, I was 204 lbs my last weigh in during my pregnancy. . I dropped down to 173 after giving birth , I had my 2nd child in 2013 I was 140 lbs before that pregnancy I've just been gaining weight ever since I met my mate lol I'm only 21 yes I'm young I have never been skinny nor fat ny targets have been to lose my stomach && to gain some hips , ny goal is to get back to 132 , can any one give me any tips on where to start and what to do ??????
