Ima mom of two. Knee pain had held me back at times. But you can do it. Do whay you can. When you can planking is really awesome and a minute at a time...cant beat that.

Before I got pregnant with my first I had just lost 80 pounds got toned and looked great 3 months later I found out my first was on the way. My body never fully recovered from it I was getting close two years later when baby number two came along. Now I have shoulder knee and back issues but am determined to get back in shape and be more flexible again.

I know what you mean I am a mom of 2 also. I am trying to loose weight and get in shape.

Great determination Randee!! Keep that attitude going and you are going to be fine! Just check with your doctor for limitations and from there do what you are comfortable doing. Everything else in between... knock it out the park girl. You will be a great example for your kids! Go MOMS!!
