21-day plan to kick this tail into gear. Starting the 3rd trimester of a challenging 2nd pregnancy, where so sick & sleepy, exercise has been whatever low-impact walks & such that I could fit in.
Frustrated to be starting from scratch in many respects, but trying not to beat myself up, this post is for tracking, accountability, and open invitation to anyone interested in joining in.
Staying away from high impact & core exercises that I love but worry about safely doing, let's see how this goes! =}
