21-day plan to kick this tail into gear. Starting the 3rd trimester of a challenging 2nd pregnancy, where so sick & sleepy, exercise has been whatever low-impact walks & such that I could fit in.

Frustrated to be starting from scratch in many respects, but trying not to beat myself up, this post is for tracking, accountability, and open invitation to anyone interested in joining in.

Staying away from high impact & core exercises that I love but worry about safely doing, let's see how this goes! =}

Do these daily in addition:
Love In An Elevator
I've Been Around The Block A Few Times...
Kōan Corndog (Quick Relax) or

Day 1:
Scramble & Sweat
Lunge Strength

Day 2:
Death By Donkey
Mommy Got Muscles - Ground Work 2

Day 3:
Girl Gains Quickie
Mommy Got Muscles - Rough Sets On A Beach (HIIT)

Day 4:
Mommy Got Muscles - Million Dollar Baby
Mommy Got Muscles - Ground Work

Day 5:
Repeat Performance
Mommy Got Muscles - And A Strong Floor

Day 6:
Ir-RESIST-ible Booty

Day 7:
Mommy Got Muscles - And Guns
Frankenstein Arms
