Okay, maybe not brand new since this is baby number 6, but I have gotten the all-clear from my midwife to start normal workouts. I'm also new to using any kind of training system. I would love to meet other moms who are also working on keeping healthy with their children.
Congratulations! You must have your hands full. I'm 5 weeks postpartum with my first baby and feeling my energy (somewhat) starting to return. I've been doing easy exercises until my doctor gives me the green light to resume normal activity. My goal is to lose the 20 lbs Ieft from my pregnancy and then another 10 lbs before March 2017. I'm also looking to improve flexibility and endurance.
