I'm 6 weeks and 3 days pregnant, I work overnights at walmart and walk at least 4 miles a night within 24 hours.
When I set my mind to do yoga I'm already exhausted and just go straight to bed to waking up every two or three hours just to eat.
Can anyone suggest a workout and meals to help me stay fit and full!!!????
