Pregnancy workouts and meals?

I'm 6 weeks and 3 days pregnant, I work overnights at walmart and walk at least 4 miles a night within 24 hours.
When I set my mind to do yoga I'm already exhausted and just go straight to bed to waking up every two or three hours just to eat.
Can anyone suggest a workout and meals to help me stay fit and full!!!????

As far as I know, u wait till the first 12 weeks pass and then if ur docs allow it u start pregnancy yoga..

but I feel so lazy and so tired!! i just went from working out 6-7 days a week to just walking and sleeping lol. any ideas on what I can eat. so far I hate eating meals I just want snack food. but I know I need 80 grams of protein at least a day!! and I'm hungry all the time!!!

Do as u feel....eat, sleep and enjoy what ever u want..lol
