Two mile walk with planks/sit ups and crunches along the way depending on the signs we bump into.
Stop signs are 2min planks.
No parking are 30 side to side planks (15ea side=30)
Speed limit (25mi)=25 sit ups.
And so on.. Got a few exercises from this app i want to add to this routine.
Keep in mind I'm walking with a 2yr old and he is fast, also got my 2mo old in the stroller!!! My tot weighs 26lbs so he is a great help to do crunches.

Okaaay people wish me luck.

I want to lose 5lbs and tone up. I just had a baby in September so i really need to get into routine again.

Comment me what you do, how you do and whats the time of the day you prefer to work out.

Good luck! Love to work out with you if you're ever in my neighborhood. I've got some great routines that make working out lots of fun. Keep up the good work!

The word "tone" and that phrase "tone up" get thrown around a lot. Toning is a combination of fat loss + lean muscle gain. So to achieve this, have a well balanced diet and do some strength training (resistance) exercises + high intensity interval trading (HIIT).

I personally try to eat high protein diet with some days being higher fat than carbs, and other days being higher carbs than fat, since our body uses the latter two to for energy. I have a cheat meal or cheat day once a week but making sure it doesn't defeat the purpose of my hard work during the week.

Workout wise, I do Skimble workouts two or three days a week and hit the gym for two go three days a week as well. I love weight training and calisthenics. Anything that gets you moving, the heart pumping, and the sweat pouring is great!
