Any c section mamas out there battling the lower belly pooch and finding success?
My "baby weight" flew off quite easily but the pooch is fighting to stay understandably.
I'm a stay at home mama looking for any tips or workouts that are effective for strengthening the core.
Or is it just something that will take time?

Hey Shani! I think it is a mixture of things that will get you the results you are looking for. As a trainer with over 15 years and having had 3 children myself I get this question a lot! First of all, yes it does take some time to allow your body to heal and firm back up. So be patient first and foremost! Also, diet is #1 in getting that pooch under control. Make sure you are loading up in healthy fruits and veggies, getting that fiber in and also avoiding foods and drinks that might add extra bloat!...

I'm also having trouble with the "pooch" I gained 43 lbs during my pregnancy and lost all that in a couple months, and my love handles will not budge as well..
