Losing the baby weight

I had my little boy 2 yrs ago. I really let my self go after. I weigh 195 pounds. My goal weight is 155/160 any tips?

As of now, I'm a size 4 in skirts/pants and an 8 in dresses. The trick for me was going high protein with my diet in addition to weight training, cardio, and yoga. It's not impossible, ladies!!!

Try jogging! Thays always a great way to shed that baby fat. Jogging will tone and target those areas even if your a beginner. My sister purchased a jogging stroller to get her workout in and the little ones out all at the same time !
