What kinds of workouts is good to lose baby fat after giving birth 2weeks ago?
I dont want to put to much stress and pressure on me but I do want to lose my baby fat, what do you guys recommend for now??
First things first is ur body healing,so really u should wait at least a month before ANY strenuous activities,but walking is ok. Brisk and always listen to ur body at this point,because its still healing for the next3months and don't worry about fitting back into those skinny jeans right away.
