So, i still have what most people refer to as the momma gut. Its not super huge, it aint flat either. And recently i discovered that i suck at sit ups
:'(. But i really wanna get my stomach in shape. I can do push ups, burpees, lungees n squats with no problems.but sit ups are hard. Plz help. Would like some suggestions on how to get better at it without feeling discourage about it? Thanks.
