I gave birth to my amazing son on April 12th and now I need to loose about 30 lbs to be bikini ready and I need to do it quickly what is the best workouts to start with??? Thank you for any advice lord knows I need it I'm ready to sweat I know I've got to bust my fat a#s!!!
Really depends on jus exactly wat ur tryin to achieve but all r great dependin on ur level of fitness I'd say try out the full body cardio or some of the leg workouts to get ya startd good luck
Congrats on the baby - boy or girl? We've had 3 and I'm still amazed at all the changes during and after pregnancy. Your baby weight loss will be like all other - diet and exercise, esp. cardio and HIIT. But please remember your body took 40 weeks to deliver your bundle of joy, you can help it along but it will need some time to get back to normal.
So I just joined the 50 sit-ups in 50 days challenge and jump rope 15 mins a day for 30 days!!! I'm exited that's on top of the other workouts I'm doing goodbye baby fat
I have a newborn as well, (and a 4 & 3 yr old) I gained 67 during the pregnancy, I'm down 35 of that so far and I'm only 7wks pp. I'm trying to lose another 35 and hit 150 lbs.
