I gave birth to my amazing son on April 12th and now I need to loose about 30 lbs to be bikini ready and I need to do it quickly what is the best workouts to start with??? 💜💗💚❤♍ Thank you for any advice lord knows I need it 😜😓 I'm ready to sweat I know I've got to bust my fat a#s!!!

Clean eating along with working out will help your body utilize its strengths :) you got this mama!

Eat clean and start jogging. Promise it will work! Go for 80/20 on eating clean. Allow yourself a little wiggle room so you don't go crazy lol easy on the fruits, they have lots of natural sugar. Veggies! Fish! No bread!

Thank you for the great advice, I will for sure do that. Once I get stable from all this discomfort.

Really depends on jus exactly wat ur tryin to achieve but all r great dependin on ur level of fitness I'd say try out the full body cardio or some of the leg workouts to get ya startd good luck

Good place to start yoga is always good after a nice cardio workout

All-Around Abs Try this workout. Go for a jog or walk preferably 1 hour before breakfast. Every morning. No sugar or refined carbs. Keep your meals simple and healthy. Remember to keep in mind you need to burn more calories than you take in to loose weight. Drink lots of water. Good luck. Also as an extra. Congrats on the baby - boy or girl? We've had 3 and I'm still amazed at all the changes during and after pregnancy. Your baby weight loss will be like all other - diet and exercise, esp. cardio and HIIT. But please remember your body took 40 weeks to deliver your bundle of joy, you can help it along but it will need some time to get back to normal.

So I just joined the 50 sit-ups in 50 days challenge and jump rope 15 mins a day for 30 days!!! I'm exited that's on top of the other workouts I'm doing goodbye baby fat 😜

I have a newborn as well, (and a 4 & 3 yr old) I gained 67 during the pregnancy, I'm down 35 of that so far and I'm only 7wks pp. I'm trying to lose another 35 and hit 150 lbs.

Congrats on your son! 😄

Do 30 mins of intense interval training a day. I had my daughter 3 years ago and gained 50lbs after do to bad eating habits. I have lost 65lbs an finally feel amazing in a bikini. So ya intense interval training and healthy eating are the keys to losing baby weight :) good luck

I would recommend you to do short interval workouts of high intensity! There's nothing better and you'll definetely burn much more than doing any other exercises!
