I'm looking for effective workouts that I can do without hurting myself..... Any new mom's have any advice for exercising early?

Never had a csection....but I'm 7 wks pp at the moment. I'd say maybe just start with cardio: walks, ,maybe biking and go from there. Definitely ask your doc first since they have to approve it.
