What workouts are you doing to get your sexy back after having kids? I'm 31, 142lbs 5'3 goal is 120-125. So hard to lose when you have less than 20 to go.

I'm married 27 years old with two preschoolers, 5'4" 120lbs. I do wicked weights, lower body training for warriors, some cardio workout with gobble in the name, keep pushing yourself, you will get where you want to be! I don't wanna lose any more weight just gain muscle!

I'll have to check that out. Try to nurse my joints, I have RA. I second the gaining muscle

Abs, thighs/legs, butt/glutes.

I am 22,   weighed 117lb before pregnancy, over 180lb by the end of my pregnancy and am 135lb now (8 months later)
Right now I'm focusing on getting rid of the "love handles" that don't seem to want to leave my sides lol and tighten/tone my stomach, legs and butt :)

Any suggestions for certain workouts that will kill it faster lol I've been trying for the last 6 months n I still have them :(

I'm a mom to 3 kids...4 yr old, 3 yr old and 7 wk old.

I was 153lbs pre-pregnancy and gained 67 lbs during the pregnancy tipping the scale at 220 when I had herI'm now down 35 lbs , and hoping to lose another 35 and hit 150.

I "just" was cleared to exercise last week... My workouts are consisting of all different circuits, mainly Im pushing cardio and hi it body weight circuits and them pairing that with clean eating and lots of water.

I push to drink 100 ounces to a gallon a day

Its recommended that u drink at least 1 oz to every 2 lbs u weigh
