What workouts are you doing to get your sexy back after having kids? I'm 31, 142lbs 5'3 goal is 120-125. So hard to lose when you have less than 20 to go.
I'm a mom to 3 kids...4 yr old, 3 yr old and 7 wk old.
I was 153lbs pre-pregnancy and gained 67 lbs during the pregnancy tipping the scale at 220 when I had her. I'm now down 35 lbs , and hoping to lose another 35 and hit 150.
I "just" was cleared to exercise last week... My workouts are consisting of all different circuits, mainly Im pushing cardio and hi it body weight circuits and them pairing that with clean eating and lots of water.
