Problems with a sprained muscle..

Is there any stretches for muscle recovery it is just under my hip? Should I be exercising? I have had a break for 4 days but a heisman put it back out again so I let it recover a little longer to the point of no pain and worked strictly on upper body. Recently done a quick 15min workout and pulled it again any advise?

buy a TENS Machine(the one that makes your muscle contract involunarily).. its just an option but it definetly make it go away a bit.. if you use it after every run or workout it will loose up and relax your muscle.. make sure that it will be on pulse mode.. not in long duration mode.. and increase the current as you desire, just dont over do it.. cheers

for stretches do a dynamic side stretch, by pulling your right knee to your left elbow and vise versa.. do it for 30-60 seconds.. this will tense up you muscle but will not pull it too much which the long stretches will do.... it should be quick and smooth movement..

Just a tip.. I read eating an orange before stretching helps prevent soreness and aching bones:)
