Lower back problems

Hi, im new here, but would like some feedback. I've got postural dysfunction. One side of my hip is higher and other lower, and my spine is curly into an S shape from the bottom chiropractor said it is not bad and can be fixed. Just want to know what exercises should I do, what is recommended? Thanks

Don't pick up anything heaving from the floor... Any exercise that doesn't cause discomfort on your back.. Don't pick up heavy weights from the floor do can hurt yourself bad...
