There aren't any doctors around my place, I get it during my jogging sessions. How do I prevent it? Or stop it from happening?

My husband, son and I are all asthmatics. The best thing to do is travel to a allergy and asthma specialist and figure out how bad the asthma is first. We travel 2 hrs away for our son. You need to get test done. Finding out what allergies you have (you can acquire new allergies any time in life) if you need to be on medicines. My husband and I are finally at the point where we have an inhaler as needed while our son is on 3 medicines plus he has a nebulizer as needed. I know money may be an issue to seeing a dr. But asthma is something you don't want to mess around with. There are way to many asthma related deaths. Once you find out how bad your asthma is then you can get in the right track and eventually may finally get it under control. Good Luck :-)

I agree with Jalene. I am 12 years with asthma. You should do whatever you can to get treatment. You never know, you may get an asthma attack one day. It could be reslly bad!
