Wondering who else here has fibromyalgia? I was diagnosed in '08, and working out daily helps my pain go away! I find that if I skip even 1 day of working fibro pain gets really bad. Curious if anyone else with fibromyalgia has the same results.

Fibromyalgia is the rupture of muscular fibers, when you do exercise you rupture more fibers, but the pain appear in 1 of 2 days, so if you do exercise every day you never leave your body rest and the pain will be soft. The problem is if you got chronic fibromyalgia or you have a fibromyalgia problem that you didn't solve in 5 years, if is it take 1 moth of rest without sport.

My doc even suggests exercising at least 30 min. a day. I won't skip a workout unless I absolutely have to :-)

I understand you hahaha. But you would have to do it, if you wanna a totally recuperation..
