I know breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but sometimes, i just dont have the appetite to eat breakfast. So i skip it. Is that bad??
Not bad to skip but a cup of oatmeal would do the trick. Sweeten with brown sugar if necessary.
I see.. but i dont have the appetite,if i wake up very early like 7am. So i tend to crave myself till 8 or 9 plus.. which is bad. So i dont know what to do....
You should have something to start off your day. I make a smoothie every morning. It's easy to just drink it instead of sitting down to munch on something, so if you don't really DO breakfast, you should drink a nutritious smoothie :)
Still do something small when you wake up, a bottle of water and a piece of fruit, then have your regular breakfast around 8 or 9. Be careful with smoothies, even homemade ones, they can easily be high in sugar and calories. One cup of fruit typicall contains 80-100 calories and close to 10 g of sugar. And unless you are measuring everything, it can get very bad very quickly. Also, combining it with something like yogurt or juice makes it worse, stick to a cup of low calorie almond milk, or a very small portion of low sugar yogurt.
take a shower after getting up from bed..it will make your appetite good..have a great breakfast,, :) its the most important meal of the day,,
