I know breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but sometimes, i just dont have the appetite to eat breakfast. So i skip it. Is that bad??

I hear that can be bad but I don't think it is it does give you energy to start your day

Not bad to skip but a cup of oatmeal would do the trick. Sweeten with brown sugar if necessary.

Definitely bad to skip! It will actually get your metabolism going. Get in the habit of something small, low sugar yogurt or oatmeal, a cup of fruit, etc. eventually your body will recognize this new pattern and start getting a little hungry when you wake up

I see.. but i dont have the appetite,if i wake up very early like 7am. So i tend to crave myself till 8 or 9 plus.. which is bad. So i dont know what to do....

You should have something to start off your day. I make a smoothie every morning. It's easy to just drink it instead of sitting down to munch on something, so if you don't really DO breakfast, you should drink a nutritious smoothie :)

Still do something small when you wake up, a bottle of water and a piece of fruit, then have your regular breakfast around 8 or 9.  Be careful with smoothies, even homemade ones, they can easily be high in sugar and calories.  One cup of fruit typicall contains 80-100 calories and close to 10 g of sugar.  And unless you are measuring everything, it can get very bad very quickly.  Also, combining it with something like yogurt or juice makes it worse, stick to a cup of low calorie almond milk, or a very small portion of low sugar yogurt.

take a shower after getting up from bed..it will make your appetite good..have a great breakfast,, :) its the most important meal of the day,,

dairy products like egg, milk, and try pairing it with bread,, :-)

I do a bottle of water and a grilled sandwich of avocado Tomatos and cheese.
