How do I get abs, I don't want to work out too much as I have a knee injury from softball, so some of the stuff I can't do :( But how long will it take me and what stretches and excerises will I need to do that wont be hard on my knees?
Im no expert but id say do a bunch of crunches. I just got this app but ive seen many workouts that are for abs, check them out

Abs are made in the kitchen. Eat clean, cut out sugar and processed foods, eat whole grains like brown rice. Get your protein from low fat sources like chicken breast and egg whites and get your fats from vegetables like avocados. Also drink lots of water!
