Anybody have any methods or family secrets,"besides the RICE method" to speed the healing of a minor ankle sprain?
In what i have seen and read from people who are smarter than me, movement is key to hurry up the infamatory response. When the sprain just accurs you can ice it some. Aftet this you shoudnt ice anymore. You should move your ankle. If this hurts too much, movr the bodyparts closes to your ankle.
Also pressure will really help. This is just al lil harder to do. Wrap the ankle real tight from top to buttom. And move the ankle up and down. Just for the moment it feels confortable. This should increase your recovery by alot.
