Just got a mommy makeover what type of exercises are good for me?
I'm a 42 year old female never worked out before. I just got off for mommy makeover. I just got a release from my doctor to workout what type of exercises are best for me?
Hv u gone through a c-section or a normal delivery....? Workout all depends on dis.....
Its difficult(and probably unwise) to get forum advice if you needed doctor clearance.
I dare say the best exercises generally are those that build endurance, running, uphill walking. Toning exercises such as squats, lunges, bent over rows .Depends what your doc has said you can do. More importantly, what you cant
