Heart palpitations

Anyone else suffer from these? I mainly suffer from pvc's which my heart skips beats now and again. When it happens it can take my breath away for a slight second, they can be quite scary. I've suffered with them for over ten years.

I've gotta admit that because of palpitations it puts me off a little when it comes to cardio. You can't but help wondering when the next palpitation is going to come along! :/

Can anyone relate?

I had dem once n d doc said it ws due to stress n anxiety....try ntt thinking abt wen de nxt one is gonna b n jus work out..b calm..as long as u think a lot abt it,u can't b happy doing anything.....take it easy

I used to have them before I quit smoking 6 or so years ago.. I would finish doing anything strenuous like jogging,  weights basketball ..working out in the sun & then I'd feel em.  Really strong. Very scary, but when I stopped smoking they pretty much stopped..althought I do get the occasional heart skip..lol

magnesium supplements helped to curb them also..best solution without going to a doc
