I have lower back pain that I do a couple stretches for twice a day (not sure if it helps I just started, my yoga teacher prescribed them) I could describe the stretches if you want...
I read recently that (proper) deadlifting can help with lower back pain, but I don't have weights or gym access, also am hesitant to try it without guidance at first.
