Recently I have been exercising for some time e.g running, bodywieght exercises. I have noticed that I am losing my muscle mass and I am not as strong or fast as I was, and I am feeling sore and dizzy after a workout. Anyone know why? Or solutions?
Number 1 ur definitely not taking in enough calories...ur body is like a bank calories is like a deposit these deposits is wat fuel ur body to run ur organs running and ur body working correctly also gives u energy to complete daily activities...if ur not taking n sufficient lets say funds ur body must take thm frm somewhere else...ths is y we lose weight if ur over weight uve taken n to many funds u get th idea...ur body will strip its self of th nutrients needed frm where ever it can i.e I'm losing muscle.. u need to take in more calories definitely more protien if ur planning on building muscle and also amino acids r very important! U want to b anabolic not catabolic..good luck
