I'm suffering from knee injur and I have to make my knee stronger. I can't do any exercises including jumps... Please help me with some good ideas... Thank you!
Here is what u gotta do , I had the same issue but now im over it , all whst u have to do is strengthen ur hamstrings and glutes so the tensions goes of ur knees also when u r doing jumping excercices make sure u are jumping in a way were ur knees are not that much under tension , hope this helps
