Working out while sick
Hey guys! Do you ever work out when feeling a bit sick? I have a sore throat but wanted to do a workout... Hot room, hot shower afterward, don't feel any worse... And I'm planning to do 1,5 h / 1000 cal workout tomorrow! What do you think about that? Should I do it or better stay in bed with a cup of hot beverage? :)
Hell working out is better the more you sweat the better helps run its course faster. At least I feel like it does for me.
Easier workout, then hit the sauna with some eucalyptus.
The sauna is my gem - haven't been sick in years. I never get the flu shot, people around me are always sick, I never seem to catch it.
Always listen to your body. There's a difference between feelin' the burn and feelin' the ache of sickness. Your dedication is great but if your illness goes further than a sore throat, have a nice rest day to recover.
Stay at home and rest while your body heals. Don't go to the gym and pass on your germs to others
Don't workout becoz it will lead u to lose ur immunity.....wat I thnk....get well soon
