Groin strain. Management advice needed. Very uncomfortable????

Stretching might help but go as far as you feel cimfortable

I tripple jump and have suffered such misery more than once. I feel for ya.

Dont overextend too much...  obviously. I would say just relaxing. Never found any sort of quickening method (ie: ice, heat, excetera...)

Mine went away within a week, though i was only able to rest on weekends.

If it hurts to stand straight or lay flat out, work at those, but do so gradully, like stretching.

Wish i could give better advice, but theres not too much you can do. Sorry hon.

Thanx for good words. Even the doc has no way out. So guess got to bear it out.
