Groin strain. Management advice needed. Very uncomfortable????
I tripple jump and have suffered such misery more than once. I feel for ya.
Dont overextend too much... obviously. I would say just relaxing. Never found any sort of quickening method (ie: ice, heat, excetera...)
Mine went away within a week, though i was only able to rest on weekends.
If it hurts to stand straight or lay flat out, work at those, but do so gradully, like stretching.
Wish i could give better advice, but theres not too much you can do. Sorry hon.
