Hey guys!

I'm not feeling to well the last couple of days and my energie is completely gone. What to do to gain more energy? I want to be fit again so I can work out.

Please help me!

Get rid of the extra salt in your diet, drink water water water and try taking a B complex or Prenatal vitamin unless contraindicated.Get some sun if possible as well.

You should start doing yoga, the more physical activity the beter ou will feel, and yoga is a great start that will keep you going
