I take a rest whn im sick whn i feel i hv the energy i do something simple like walking.
I'd take a day off. Train insane or remain the same. I'm not going to put in 60% on a shoulders and traps day, when I should be giving 100%. Next shoulders and traps day won't come around for a few more days, kick ass each workout

I always try when I am so healthy and have high energy to workout to the maximun so when the days of sickness comes ... I rest and dont move my ass
I don't when I worked out I need all my energy and too be focused
