Upper body workouts

I have two bad hips, had a full reconstruction on one already and it hurts to do most exercises that include legs and impact. I miss running like crazy but unfortunately the pain is too much to deal with now... However, I still want a good work out for upper body to get back in better shape and tone up my abs and arms. Any suggestions?

Youtube fitness blender, they have great upper body workouts. Also, you can do stretxhes to help stenghten your hips. I also have a bad hip and I have been strengthening it for the past three years with leg presses, hope this helps! :)
