It was my first time to get a blood drive and they didn't take my blood. I don't know why, I think that I'm in good shape. I think they said that my blood is low. What do you think?

If you weigh less than 110lbs its not safe for you to give blood. Even weighing a little bit more than that can be unsafe. You have less blood to give, so you're very likely to faint etc. My mom gave blood when she was from 110-115 and came extremely close to fainting.

This happend to me last time. Iron was too low so i couldint donate. At what point did they tell you that you couldint donate? Was it right after the finger prick?

How much should I weigh to donate?

At least 115 pounds. :-) Same thing happened to me when I was in school cause I was 108.
