Hey guys I'm a flat-footed athlete and have issues with my feet after prolonged cardiovascular activity sometimes several minutes after beginning exercise.
I've tried the insuls even the ones specified for your feet. I've tried the ASICS and Nike shoes designed to lessen the pressure on the foot and nothing. What is their left to do, I love running but I hate the pain :(
There r exercises that shaped ur arches. Put towel on floor place ur foot on top and move towel slowly only with ur toes. Others out there 2
