I've been working out for a few weeks now and while I can't see a difference I am definatrly fitter, I have lost 6lbs built muscle and my jeans are now to big :).
Anyway my dr has just put me on Prozac so now I'm working out drinking my post work out Shake then sleeping for two hours. Is the sleep helping my muscles or negating the workout? Iv heard both theories.
