I've been doing regular HIT workout on regular basis, 3-4 times a week, 20 minutes each. The problem is lately I feel my heart rate inconsistent. It feels uncomfortable when I try to sleep.
What exercise do you suggest? Jogging seems impossible as my neighborhood lacks open space for running.

Thanks for the reply. Nope. I am fine when exercising. The problem comes when I'm about to sleep. It happens two days ago.
I once went to the doctor, and she only gave me antidepressant. I think I lack cardio workout.
I guess I have sleep problem. My neighborhood is quite noisy. I do HIIT 7 minutes workout (from this app) in every other day, and jog every weekend.
I used to do Taebo exercise indoor, but it is too intense and I can no longer do it regularly.

Thank u so much. I'll try that. Nope, I am fine when doing exercise, no bad symptom of dizziness or breathing problem. Actually, I feel better after exercise.
Sounds more like anxiety than a Cardio problem. I suggest gentle yoga and/or relaxation breathing before bed.
Google sleep suggestions too.
Now my heart rate is stable. I think energy drink contributes to this, and I will avoid it at any cost.
The good point is the workout provided by this app is addictive. So many to try, and support from community. Friends workout also gives me motivation each day.
