Everytime I workout after a while my right Side rib cage hurts extremely and it causes me not to want to do it anymore

Could be trapped gas.... If you rub it and feel it move that's what it is

Lie flat on your back and pull your knees towards your chest. Alternatively, kneel on the floor and stick your butt in the air. The gas should leave 'naturally!' Hope this helps!

No specific way really, maybe try warm drinks like tea and eating about an hour before you workout.... It's never good to workout on a full stomach

Male site you are stretching before your workout, and make sure to warm up.
