I am trying to get stronger to get ready to play college basketball but I can't seem to eat anything before atleast 11am!! I know that is not healthy for me mostly since I am a very active but everything I eat before 11am gives me a stomach ache to the point I almost throw up! Is their any foods you guys can recommend me that I could eat that is healthy and hopefully won't give me a stomach ache?

Try drinking green tea in the morning see if it helps
