Let me start off that I'm new to workingbout and trying to get fit. Ive been working out everyday now for the past 2 weeks and now my back and neck is starting to hurt throughout the day. Any suggestions on how to prevent it from hurting? Will it eventually go away?
Is it your lower back or upper back sore, and what sort of exercises have you been doing
You can try easing off a little bit, but if it is just muscle soreness it will go away its just because you've surprised your body with something its not used to. You can also try stretching to relieve the soreness
Stop working out d upper body for 2/3 days... Stop using pilow if u do.. It helps n do some easy streching exercises.. Try yoga.
