I went to the doctor a week ago because of knee pain and found out I have tendinitis in the tendon that connects the knee cap (I can't remember what it's called). I have been told I can't jump, squat or run for 4 weeks. He told me I can't even do the eliptical...any advice on what exercise routine I could do until I am healed? I want to keep working out!
What about yoga there are some great yoga work outs that help with that kid of stuff that tone and help alot
