Hello fellow skimblers,
I've been diagnosed with trigger finger in both hands. It could get better on its own although in more extreme cases you need surgery to correct it. The doc has advised me to avoid exercises involving holding/gripping weights and anything that puts pressure on my metacarpals.
I'm keen to keep gaining muscle so any ideas on workouts would be much appreciated.

That's kind of what gave me trigger finger. Lol.
