Can i get firm abs if i had a operation in my stomach ?

Of course you can. Consult your doctor first before workout. You might need time to recover from surgery before doing amy exercise.

Its been a really long time i had the surgery when i was a little kid :)

You will be fine thenĀ  but remember abs are made in the kitchen. No matter how many ab workouts you do they won't come through if you have a layer of fat over them. So if you do work on the cardio.
