I've missed a lil over a week of working out bcuz my knee is killing me......any suggestions so I can continue?
How bad is the injury? Do you have any mobility with it at all?
On a scale of 1-10 my oain is a 5. Im able to move it just is painful to bend it and when im walking
Well, I was thinking maybe swimming or using rowing machines at the gym for cardio. If you use weights I would stick with dumbbells and seated exercises. I have a back injury that I deal with and I just try to work around it and listen to my body. A physical therapist would be able to provide safe suggestions as well
Swimming is the greatest thing you can do for your body when you have complications! Running in water and some water aerobics will help the transition and still keep you on track!
How's the knee feeing?
I hope you feeling better. I am diagnosed with knees OA last year so I have to cut down on exercising esp jogging/running. I have switched to walking and cycling as well as knee strengthening exercises. Swimming is the best but it's not easy to have access to swimming pool for me ^^;
