Cyborg body?

I am 22 years old, and I guess you can call me a cyborg, I have medal all in my left leg due to a band injury in middle school.........I was just curious what are good exercises to build strength up in my legs?? Any ideas??

Nothin beats taking long runs and doin squats and lunges. You can run stairs as well.

I've heard swimming is a great exercise to strengthen an injury. The water acts as a natural resistance and there is no pressure on the joints. Plus, swimmers always have terrific bodies.
