Working out with a cold
I'm on day 13 of a cold I'm going thru at least 3 gallons of liquids a day (orange juice, water, V8 fusion) so far I've been able to get my ass outta bed and sit on the sofa most of the day resting and do a workout or two.
Today I feel worse than ever I can even get out of bed I'm that exhausted.
Does anyone know of or have created a workout that someone can do while sitting in bed?
I don't want to over push myself but I don't want to slip cause I'll get lazy fast and start slacking all the time...
so I figured something I could do while sitting in bed would be a good middle ground
