So how do I get stamina up fast? ... basically I'm starting from absolutely 0 stamina... I get winded from less then 20 yrds of running or jogging. ... any help? Any idea of jog in place n jump rope will help?
Suicide Sprints are a quick way to build stamina. At your current conditioning they'll really suck at first, but stick with it and the benefits are tremendous.

A great way to built up your stamina is obviously cardio. Running and jump rope are great but for less intense ways try doing laps at your local swimming pool or go for bike rides.
Burpees are good for a limited space. Jump rope. Cardio is, of course, great, but i also noticed an increase in stamina when I improved my core strength.
