Weight training. Lift heavy with low reps and sets. Work out what your maximum r 1 repetition max is and then work out 80%. For example, if it was 100kg being your max then you would lift 80kg for 6 reps and 2 sets. As you become stronger you can lift heavier and will gain muscle which is weight. Hope i helped:-) Liam
