Manmeet, On my midday jogs @ the beach, I get cramps on my leg, the burps and I get bloating. What can I do to prevent this because it's slowing me down from my full potential.
-Leg cramps during jogs/runs/walks.
I warm up 30 min.
Hydrate during with water.
-Burps and Bloating
30 to 45 minutes before my workout I consume carbs.
