Workout with injury

Several days ago I severely sprained my foot. I can bear weight but must avoid exercising if pain occurs, which happens even with significant walking. Swimming isn't an option due to no pool access. Any suggestions to keep me moving?

There are many routines you can do lying on the floor or even seated...just type seated or floor in the workout section and many will come up.
